Josh Taylor is a commercial litigator with experience representing clients in jurisdictions across the country. His practice is focused on complex litigation matters in state and federal court, including antitrust, labor and employment, patent and tax disputes, on behalf of clients in the finance, healthcare, medical devices and manufacturing fields.

Josh's experience spans such diverse areas as patent infringement, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), noncompetition agreements and discrimination and harassment claims. He focuses on motions practice, having researched and drafted numerous dispositive motions and argued in court.

Josh maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing low-income tenants in resolving housing issues. Prior to law school, Josh served for seven years as a surface warfare officer (SWO) in the US Navy.
