Vanessa A. Woods is senior counsel in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office. She focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration and trust administration for high net worth individuals and families. Her practice includes advising clients on wealth transfers and preparing various types of trusts (such as GRATS, irrevocable life insurance trusts, dynasty trusts and charitable trusts). Vanessa also assists clients with administering complex trusts including preparing trust accounting documents and advising on trustee succession matters.  In addition, Vanessa counsels executors and trustees on fiduciary matters.
