Biography
Kayce Borders has deep experience in real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and renewable energy matters. She has represented developers, landlords and tenants and has experience with infrastructure transactions.
Kayce's prior practice has included all aspects of corporate and commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing, with an emphasis on contract negotiations, dispute management, property management, leasing, tax incentives, intellectual property and trademarks, environmental compliance, due diligence, technology, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Previously, Kayce served as Assistant General Counsel to a prominent real estate management and operations company.
