Biography
Rebecca Lander is a corporate, M&A and securities lawyer in New York, where she is currently on secondment from our London office.
Rebecca focuses on cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, consortium transactions, corporate restructurings and general corporate and venture capital investments. She advises clients in the technology, media, telecoms, venture capital and financial institutions sectors.
Rebecca trained in our London office and qualified 2020.
