Biography
Joe is a senior associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office. Joe's practice includes representing public and private companies on various corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and other divestitures, joint ventures and debt and equity offerings. Joe focuses on private equity transactions for fund sponsors and their portfolio companies and related corporate governance matters.
Joe works with clients on a wide variety of strategic and commercial transactions. He routinely provides outsourced general counsel services, advising clients on general corporate matters, including manufacturing, distribution, supply and other complex commercial agreements. Joe brings an in-house counsel's perspective and understanding of business and legal issues to his relationships with clients, having served as assistant general counsel for a global supplier of talent management solutions early in his career.

- Represented Raymond James in the acquisition of SumRidge Partners, a fixed income electronic market maker.
- Represented CORE Industrial Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm (CORE), and CORE's portfolio company, BeautyWell Holdings, in the acquisition of Contract Filling, Inc., a cosmetic manufacturing and filling business.
- Represented a large public energy company in its equity investment in a key vendor and regional provider of ancillary services.
- Represented Hannon Armstrong in connection with various equity acquisitions in solar energy projects throughout the US.
- Represented a large public energy company in its equity investment into a large national provider of renewable energy logistics, operations, maintenance and repair services.
- Represented a publicly traded specialty ink manufacturer in its successful defense in a proxy battle and hostile takeover attempt.
- Represented Yuga Labs in the acquisition of Roar Studios.
- Represented CORE and CORE's portfolio company, Saylite, in the acquisition of Vantage Lighting, a manufacturer of specification-grade LED lighting products.
- Represented renewable energy platform and developer in the sale of its 33 MW portfolio of solar projects located in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
- Represented clinical laboratory equipment dealers in their sale to a private equity buyer.
- Represented CORE and CORE's portfolio company, Winky Lux, in the acquisition of Glow Concept, a manufacturer of cosmetics and skincare products.
- Represented a renewable energy company in the sale of solar projects in the United States.
