Kevin Lie is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group based in our Houston office.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as a law clerk for Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. In addition to his clerkship experience, he also interned for Associate Chief Justice Thomas Rex Lee of the Utah Supreme Court and for Chief Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

During law school, Kevin was a Deputy Managing Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.
