Javier Vazquez advises clients on project finance, energy, real estate and corporate matters. He has advised on different projects including reviewing the initial requirements to install, launch and operate wind farms and solar parks, projects to finance, among others, hospitals, hotels, waste-disposal plants and public infrastructure. Additionally, his experience includes participating and developing corporate and securities structures to insure projects development. His practice also includes regulatory matters concerning the overall obtention, modification and general review of permits, licenses and other documents required for the operation of power and oil & gas projects.
