Biography
Kevin Petersen is a senior counsel in the St. Louis office and a member of Norton Rose Fulbright's Real Estate practice. He has extensive experience advising lenders, owners, developers, and other parties on a variety of real estate and financing transactions across asset classes and sectors. Kevin has negotiated and closed agreements in connection with construction loans, term loans, loan modifications, leases, acquisitions, dispositions, easements, incentives, management, and other development matters. He has also advised corporate and nonprofit entities on numerous structure and governance issues.

While attending the University of Michigan Law School, he was a student attorney with the school's Community and Economic Development Clinic, and served as a law clerk with the US Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC. Kevin was also a Dow Sustainability Fellow and the managing articles editor of the Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law.
