Biography
Mike Mudrow is a third-year lawyer in the firm's Dallas office in the Intellectual Property practice group. Mike helps clients secure and protect patent rights in several cutting-edge technology spaces, including computer networking, robotics, microfabrication, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), image processing, lighting, and electronics. His practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution at the United States Patent and Trademark office. Mike also has experience in patent infringement and validity analysis, and inter partes reviews (IPRs).

- Prepared 2 IPR petitions against patents involving LED tube lamp technology as part of patent litigation defense. One petition was instituted at the PTAB and the other was pending when settlement was reached.
