Biography
Charlotte Kelly is an associate in the San Antonio office and is a member of the firm's appellate group. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Charlotte served as a law clerk to Justice Brett Busby on the Supreme Court of Texas.
During law school, Charlotte served as an intern to Justice Busby and an extern to Judge Jeffrey White of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. She also participated in Texas Law's Supreme Court Clinic and served as a Teaching Quizmaster.
