Peter is a senior associate with Norton Rose Fulbright's Intellectual Property group.  Peter is a registered patent attorney with experience in development of patent portfolios, assessment of patent value and quality, provision of opinions on patent non-infringement and validity, patent licensing, and patent disputes.  Peter's practice encompasses a wide range of technologies, with particular focus on the electronic and software arts including computer hardware and software, consumer electronics, integrated circuits, power systems, wireless communications, data processing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.   Peter has knowledge of and experience working with various standards-based technologies including 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, MPEG-4, and HLS.  In addition to experience developing, analyzing, licensing, and litigating patents, Peter also has experience advising on corporate transactions involving IP assets.
