Houston office named “Top Workplace” for third consecutive year

Norton Rose Fulbright’s Houston office has been named a 2023 "Top Workplace" in the Houston metro area for the third consecutive year by employee engagement firm Energage.

The annual "Top Workplaces" list is published by Houston Chronicle and based on employee feedback compiled through a confidential job satisfaction survey. More than 750 of the firm's US personnel responded to the 2023 survey, which measured and compared the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and other factors to participating organizations in the US.

The Houston office, which will move to a brand new building at 1550 Lamar Street in 2024, joins the Austin, Dallas, New York and San Antonio offices as a “Top Workplace” for 2023. Norton Rose Fulbright also received the “Top Workplaces USA” award in 2022 and 2023.  

Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces" program, has surveyed 27 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception in 2006.
