Milan advises UniCredit on the financing to Farmagorà Holding

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised UniCredit S.p.A. (UniCredit) on a €15m financing to Farmagorà Holding S.p.A. (Farmagorà), an innovative Italian company active in the pharmaceutical sector. 

The financing will be used to support Farmagorà’s expansion strategy in Italy.

Milan-based banking and finance partner Gennaro Mazzuoccolo led the Norton Rose Fulbright team on the transaction, supported by trainee Andrei Avram.
