Norton Rose Fulbright obtains successful outcome in pro bono warranty claim case

A team of Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers achieved a successful resolution for a pro bono client in pursuit of a condominium warranty claim.

The firm agreed to represent a client who sought the aid of the Catholic Charities Legal Network, a referral network for local pro bono lawyers, to pursue a condominium warranty claim related to significant repairs needed after acquiring a low-income condominium unit that had serious construction defects. The team facilitated a successful and confidential resolution through mediation that will enable the client to ameliorate a number of the unit’s issues.
