Norton Rose Fulbright advises Crédit Agricole CIB on Aegean Airlines S.A.’s debut JOLCO financing

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Crédit Agricole CIB (CA-CIB), as JOLCO arranger, facility agent, security trustee and lender, on Aegean Airlines S.A.’s debut JOLCO financing for one Airbus A320neo aircraft.
The multi-jurisdictional Norton Rose Fulbright team advising CA-CIB was led by London-based partners Duncan Batchelor and Andrew Williams. They were supported by senior associate Chiranj Shah, associate Stephen Hedges and trainee solicitor Hannah Parker (London); an Athens team led by partner Vassilis Koroxenidis, counsel Dimitris Rampos and associate Georgia Koutrika; and a Tokyo team led by partner Akihiko Takamatsu and senior associate Mai Tezuka.
