Norton Rose Fulbright advises Crédit Agricole CIB on Aegean Airlines S.A.’s debut JOLCO financing

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Crédit Agricole CIB (CA-CIB), as JOLCO arranger, facility agent, security trustee and lender, on Aegean Airlines S.A.’s debut JOLCO financing for one Airbus A320neo aircraft.

The multi-jurisdictional Norton Rose Fulbright team advising CA-CIB was led by London-based partners Duncan Batchelor and Andrew Williams.
