Norton Rose Fulbright promotes Warsaw lawyer Tomasz Rogalski to partner

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that Tomasz Rogalski, a banking, projects and restructuring lawyer based in Warsaw, has been promoted to partner, effective January 1, 2023.

Tomasz is qualified in Poland as legal adviser (radca prawny) since 2009 and insolvency practitioner (doradca restrukturyzacyjny) since 2017. In 2005, Tomasz graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and also from the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies organized by Cambridge University in cooperation with the University of Warsaw. He completed the postgraduate banking studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2006, the postgraduate executive FinTech studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw in 2021 and currently attends postgraduate offshore wind studies at Gdańsk University of Technology.

Tomasz has more than 18 years of professional experience and has been at Norton Rose Fulbright since 2008. Tomasz advises on a variety of domestic and cross-border projects and banking and finance transactions and has extensive experience advising on: energy and infrastructure transactions (project finance, PPP, energy M&A and energy regulations); real estate finance; financial restructuring and insolvency workouts, telecoms finance and general lending transactions. Tomasz also focuses on financial services (financial instruments trading, including: derivatives and brokerage services; and regulatory matters involving MiFID II, MAR, EMIR and REMIT regulations.) and FinTech.
