Norton Rose Fulbright partners profiled in 2018 Global Investigations Review’s Women in Investigations feature

Global Investigations Review has profiled 100 women in the field of investigations in a special feature, including two Norton Rose Fulbright partners in London, Ruth Cowley and Pamela Reddy.

Global Investigations Review’s prestigious Women in Investigations feature highlights the contributions and achievement of remarkable women in the field, including lawyers and other practitioners from across the world. Following an open nomination process, the final ranking was compiled by the editorial team of the magazine.

Ruth Cowley is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer whose experience includes investigations (internal and external) into regulatory and corruption issues, advice on corruption and fraud issues, compliance advice and international litigation including fraud claims. Most of Ruth’s work has an international element, and Ruth spent six years based in our Asia offices. Ruth has published recently on privilege in investigations and litigation arising out of corruption issues. Ruth has also been recognised as one of the world's leading young investigations specialists by Global Investigations Review in its 40 under 40 feature (2014).

Pamela Reddy, who joined Norton Rose Fulbright in December 2017, has over 20 years' experience as a criminal lawyer covering all stages of the criminal process. represents clients from the initial internal investigation to the interviews by the SFO, CPS and other prosecutors either under caution or compulsorily, and through to the jury trial and beyond. She acts in the most high profile and media sensitive cases and also represents those investigated and charged with non-fraud general crime. Pamela advises companies and individuals on all aspects of business, corporate, financial and white collar crime. She has extensive experience in handling complex fraud, corruption, market abuse, and money laundering cases as well as internal investigations and financial services investigations. She has acted for clients in cross-border criminal investigations involving global companies. Pamela is a founder member of the Women in Criminal Law organisation and an Officer of the IBA Cybercrime Subcommittee.
