Cross-border team represents CrowdOut Capital in acquisition of Sourceability

A global team of lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright represented CrowdOut Capital, an Austin-based investment firm, and its private equity fund, CO Long Term Equity Fund I LP ("COLT"), in its acquisition of Sourceability, a global distributor of electronic components offering digital tools, services and data. COLT partnered with senior leadership of Sourceability to acquire the company from Zollner Elektronik AG. 

Anchored by family office limited partners, COLT is a long-dated fund that provides businesses and management teams with patient capital to make the right business decisions without traditional private equity constraints.

Recently named to Inc. 5000's fastest growing companies list, Sourceability has developed a proprietary eCommerce marketplace, Sourcengine™, which provides professional buyers and engineers with access to an extensive range of parts and logistics support. Founded in 2015, the company has more than 300 employees in 20 locations globally.
