Canada | Press release - Business | January 2025
A national multi-disciplinary team is assisting Beneva in its announced merger with Gore Mutual. Beneva is Canada’s largest mutual insurer and Gore Mutual is one of the oldest property and casualty mutual insurers in the country.
As part of the transaction, Gore Mutual will combine its operations with Unica Insurance, a Beneva subsidiary and will operate under the Beneva brand.
