Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Armira on acquisition of Salesfive

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Armira, a Munich-based holding group, on its acquisition of Salesfive, one of the leading digital transformation and Salesforce consultancies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Armira invests in market-leading medium-sized companies in the DACH region with an equity investment of €20 to €200 million.
The founders and senior management of Salesfive have made a significant return investment as part of the transaction.
The transaction represents an important step for Norton Rose Fulbright in the targeted expansion and strengthening of its private equity practice in Germany.
The Munich-based Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by counsel Bernd Dreier and partner Frank Henkel.
