Luke Maher named Missouri 2023 Rising Star by Super Lawyers

Norton Rose Fulbright Partner Luke Maher (St. Louis and Chicago) has been named a Missouri Rising Star by Super Lawyers for the fourth consecutive year.
Rising Star selections are based upon peer recognition and professional achievement, with recipients representing the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming lawyers in Missouri, according to Super Lawyers. To qualify, nominees must be no more than 40 years old or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
Maher, recognized in the area of construction litigation, advises public and private clients on a wide array of construction and development projects, representing project stakeholders in the negotiation and drafting of development, construction, design, engineering and related agreements. He also advises clients during projects on contract enforcement, legal compliance, preservation of claims and defenses and preparing for impending disputes, and routinely litigates and resolves all types of construction disputes, including delay, defective work, mechanic's lien, design professional liability and other claims.
