Norton Rose Fulbright advises Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on financing for a portfolio of Polish wind farms

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on the refinancing of financial indebtedness of the 10 MW Miksztal onshore wind farm and 24 MW Suchań onshore wind farm. The law firm also advised on the increase of the financing in relation to the following onshore wind farms: 4 MW Działdowo wind farm, 6.4 MW Grabik wind farm and 6 MW Brodnica wind farm. All these wind farms are fully operational and have a combined capacity of 50.6 MW.
The wind farms are sponsored by Windflower Ltd, a subsidiary of Sunflower Sustainable Investments Ltd, a public company listed in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Sunflower Sustainable specializes in leading, initiating, developing, financing, constructing, operating and managing renewable energy sources and energy storage systems. It has a strategic focus on key markets across the world.
