Norton Rose Fulbright advises mBank on financing construction of 52 MWp PV portfolio sponsored by PVE Group in Poland

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised mBank on financing for construction of a 52 MWp solar PV portfolio sponsored by PVE Group.

All the projects are being constructed by PVE Construction, the PVE Group entity. This financing is a significant step in the PVE Group’s  transformation from a renewable energy developer to an independent power producer (IPP).

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised on the negotiation of the finance documents and carried out a comprehensive legal due diligence of the projects.

The finance workstream was led by senior associate Igor Kondratowicz and included associate Izabela Kręgiel. The legal due diligence workstream was led by senior associate Cezary Zawiślak and included associate Martyna Orłowska, as well as lawyers Bartosz Odziemkowski and Mikołaj Wołczyński.
