Two Norton Rose Fulbright partners recognized as 2025 Legal Visionaries by the Los Angeles Times

Norton Rose Fulbright Los Angeles partners Debbie Birndorf-Zeiler and Ji Won Kim have been named 2025 Southern California Legal Visionaries by the Los Angeles Times

This honor recognizes lawyers who have exhibited exemplary achievements within their practice areas. Nominees are selected based on their remarkable accomplishments over the past 24 months, significant contributions to the growth of their organization or industry and community leadership.

Debbie, profiled in the labor and employment category, has over 30 years of employment law experience, representing employers in harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hours class actions, PAGA actions and misappropriation of trade secret cases. She also advises on compliance, employment agreements, severance agreements, employee handbooks and workplace policies. 

Recognized in the cybersecurity category, Ji Won is a key member of the firm’s global cybersecurity and privacy team. She advises global clients on cybersecurity risk management, compliance, governance and incident response, handling complex investigations involving clients across a wide spectrum of industries including critical infrastructure.
