Norton Rose Fulbright advises Unily on growth investment

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Unily, a UK technology company, on a $68 million growth investment from co-investors Silversmith Capital Partners and Farview Equity Partners.
Founded in 2005, Unily is a leading provider of digital workplace platforms to businesses. With a strong presence in Europe, Australia and North America, its global enterprise clients include major companies such as Hershey’s and Microsoft.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising Unily was led by London-based partners Sophie O’Connor and Clementine Hogarth, with assistance from associates Sam Morrey, Thomas Widdows and Hannah Culshaw. Additionally, London partners Matthew Findley and Michael Alliston advised on employee incentive arrangements and tax issues, respectively.
