Nader Hasan featured guest speaker at Bloomberg Activism Forum 2024

Key member of our Canadian Special Situations Team, Nader Hasan, will participate in a panel discussion focused on “Activist Vulnerability Assessments’ on December 10, 2024, at 3 p.m. The Bloomberg Activism Forum is a marquee event bringing leaders in this highly specialized shareholder activism space to discuss trends and issues. Nader represents some of Canada’s largest companies in this highly contentious area and, in his panel discussion, will provide insights into how activists determine their targets.
