Norton Rose Fulbright advises on the H share listing of China’s largest digital freight platform on Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Haitong International Capital Limited, the sole sponsor, in the global offering and listing of Logory Logistics Technology (“Logory”, 2482.HK) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Logory operates one of China’s largest digital freight platforms, and offers digital freight services and solutions to shippers across the country. Logory is committed to leading the industry’s digital transformation and improving the operational efficiency of China’s road freight transportation landscape.
