M&A team represents Silver Ventures in its sale of NatureSweet to Blue Road Capital

Norton Rose Fulbright represented Silver Ventures, a growth capital firm, in its sale of NatureSweet to Blue Road Capital, an independent investment firm focused on vertically integrated food and agricultural business.

Founded in San Antonio in 1990, NatureSweet is the producer of North America’s best-selling snacking tomato and the largest vertically integrated greenhouse grower of vegetables in North America. NatureSweet tomatoes, cucumbers and sweet peppers are grown, harvested and packaged by more than 6,000 full-time associates and sold at major grocers, mass retailers, club stores and food service operators in the United States, Canada and Mexico. NatureSweet is the world’s largest Controlled Environment Agricultural company that has achieved Fair Trade Certification, Equitable Food Initiative (EFI) Certification, and B Corp Certification.
