Norton Rose Fulbright promotes three to the partnership in Australia

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced today that Jo Feldman, Troy McKelvie and Ben Wilford have been promoted to partner.

The three lawyers advise on arbitration, litigation, inquiries and investigations, foreign trade negotiations, and energy, resources and infrastructure matters.

Jo Feldman 

Jo is a disputes and government lawyer based in Perth. She is highly regarded for her cross border trade, investment arbitration and ESG expertise. Jo has been a negotiator or advisor on most of Australia's free trade agreements, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, and FTAs with China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and the UK. She has worked on investor-State arbitrations in Australia and the UK, and trade disputes in Australia and Geneva. Prior to joining the firm, Jo was Australia's lead on human rights at the United Nations in New York, and was Vice Chair of the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

Troy McKelvie 

Troy is an energy, projects and resources lawyer based in Perth. With a deep understanding of Australian energy markets, Troy advises a range of national and international clients on energy projects, the energy transition (including renewables, energy storage and hydrogen), complex transactions, negotiations and regulation. He has extensive in-house experience and works closely with in-house legal and commercial teams to manage risk and achieve optimal strategic outcomes. 

Ben Wilford 

Ben is a commercial litigation lawyer based in Sydney. He specialises in regulatory enforcement, criminal prosecutions and complex investigations and also has deep experience in trial litigation and public inquiries. Ben is frequently trusted by clients from major government agencies, regulators and multinationals to deliver timely, accurate and practical advice in times of crisis and complexity.
