Norton Rose Fulbright partner Katherine Tapley honored with the San Antonio Business Journal’s 2024 Women's Leadership Award

Norton Rose Fulbright partner and US Chief of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Katherine Tapley (San Antonio) has been named as an honoree of the 2024 Women's Leadership Award by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Katherine is among the 25 recipients who represent various industries including banking, law, real estate, arts and entrepreneurship, honored for their dynamic leadership, outstanding professional accomplishments and community involvement.

Throughout her career, Katherine has served as a strong leadership figure and contributor at both the firm and to numerous non-profit organizations and legal associations in the San Antonio community. She is a dedicated board member serving on multiple board committees of Junior Achievement of South Texas and has been a member of the Real Estate Service Board of Directors for the San Antonio Area Foundation since 2009. Katherine also served on and was a past chair to both the Board of Governors of SA Youth and the Board of Directors of the Autism Community Network.

In addition to her role as US Chief of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the firm, Katherine maintains an active practice in complex commercial real estate and finance transactions, with an emphasis on the financing and development of multi-family projects, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues and other commercial real estate across multiple jurisdictions.

The honorees will be celebrated at an awards luncheon in San Antonio and profiled in a special edition of the publication in August.
