Profiles in Diversity Journal has honored Norton Rose Fulbright San Antonio partner Alicia Grant with its 2025 Emerging Leaders Award.
This quarterly award recognizes outstanding professionals who demonstrate excellence, integrity and innovation within their companies. Recipients were honored for shaping workplace culture and inspiring colleagues.
Committed to community service and mentorship, Alicia mentors law students through the St. Mary’s University School of Law’s Women’s Student Law Association. She also serves on the Steering Committee of the LEAD Academy, a Bexar County program established to encourage the retention and promotion of women in the legal profession.
A member of the product liability and consumer disputes group at the firm, Alicia’s practice focuses on all aspects of product liability actions, mass tort and complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, including class actions and multidistrict litigation.
Published since 1999, Profiles in Diversity Journal is a quarterly publication dedicated to “promoting and advancing diversity and inclusion in the corporate, government, nonprofit, higher education and military sectors.” The recipients of the Emerging Leader Award will be profiled in the magazine’s upcoming first quarter issue.
