Profiles in Diversity Journal recognizes Norton Rose Fulbright’s Eli Gaylor with 2024 Veteran Leadership Award

Norton Rose Fulbright senior associate Eli Gaylor (Austin) has been honored with the Veteran Leadership Award from Profiles in Diversity Journal. Now in its second year, this annual award recognizes veterans who demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to their organizations, community and fellow veterans.
Eli enlisted in the US Army as an infantryman out of high school and later attended the prestigious US Military Academy at West Point, where he was commissioned as an officer. Today, Eli is the founder and Co-Chair of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Veterans Network, an affinity group focused on supporting veterans and their families within the firm and its broader communities through speaking engagements, pro bono legal services, charitable work and more. He regularly speaks with veteran affinity groups at law schools throughout Texas and has served as a mentor to numerous veteran law school and business school students.
Eli advises a broad range of public and private clients in real estate finance, leasing and development transactions across a variety of asset classes, including office, commercial, retail, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, solar (rooftop and ground-mounted) and wind.
Published since 1999, Profiles in Diversity Journal is a quarterly publication dedicated to “promoting and advancing diversity, inclusion, and equity in the corporate, government, nonprofit, STEM and higher education sectors.”
