Norton Rose Fulbright advises on Powerwin Tech’s Hong Kong IPO and global offering

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised Powerwin Tech Group Limited (“Powerwin Tech”, 2405.HK) on its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and global offering, where GF Capital (Hong Kong) acted as the sole sponsor.

Powerwin Tech is a Chinese leading digital marketing service provider, focusing on cross-border e-commerce to empower China-based marketers to better promote and connect themselves to customers worldwide through collaborating with major and well-known media publishers. The IPO reinforces Powerwin Tech’s leading position that spearheads to promote Chinese goods on the global platform.

The Norton Rose Fulbright capital markets team was led by partners Psyche Tai, Doris Ng and Harold Tin. They were supported by senior associate Yiqing Ding and associates Wallace Wong and Wendan Shi.

This IPO marks the second tech IPO that we have completed in March. Our team has advised Haitong International on the listing of Logory Logistics Technology, which has begun trading on the Main Board earlier in the month.

On 31 March 2023, the same day of the IPO listing, the remarkable introduction of new Chapter 18C of the Hong Kong Listing Rules took effect, which will attract more pre-revenue technology companies to seek listing in Hong Kong.
