Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Adelstein as US Co-Head of Commercial Litigation

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced the appointment of New York partner Robin Adelstein as its US Co-Head of Commercial Litigation, one of the largest practice teams within the firm. Adelstein joins Houston partner Andrew Price in this leadership role.

Adelstein litigates complex, commercial disputes, class actions and multijurisdictional cases before US federal and state courts. She represents clients in government enforcement actions by the US Federal Trade Commission and US Department of Justice, as well as the HHS Office of the Inspector General. Adelstein has defended clients in qui tam matters in many locales as well as in investigations and litigation by numerous State Attorneys General. She also advises companies with respect to the antitrust issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, trade association activities, distribution practices, pricing programs and other aspects of competitor and customer communications and associations.
Adelstein, who has twice been recognized by Crain's New York Business as one of the "Notable Women in Law," commented:

Licensed in New York and the District of Columbia, Adelstein received her law degree from New York University School of Law and bachelor's degree in economics (with honors) and political science, magna cum laude, from Colgate University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
