Cross-border team advises ED&F Man on refinancing of commodity finance facilities

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised ED&F Man on the refinancing of its commodity finance facilities, including a US$300m injection of new money, in connection with the US$1.5bn restructuring, completed on 31 March 2022.
The international structured trade and commodity team advising on the deal was led by partner Andrew Wood with assistance from, amongst others, counsel Mark Brighouse, senior associate Tudor Plapcianu, associate Shivani Patel and associate Nadim Somani.
