Houston lawyer selected for the Institute for Energy Law’s 2022-2023 Leadership Class

Francisco Escobar-Calderon (Houston) has been selected to participate in the fifth annual Institute for Energy Law's (IEL) 2022-2023 Leadership Class. He is among the 41 accomplished professionals selected from 10 states for this prestigious program.
The class members have experience ranging from three to 13 years in a wide range of areas such as oil and gas litigation and transactions, environmental, regulatory, construction, commercial, ESG, leasing, royalty, renewables, LNG, CCUS, finance and more.
Sessions for the class begin online in July with a retreat in October. The class will continue through spring 2023 with webinars, networking events and other programming geared towards young energy professionals.
The IEL, one of the divisions of The Center for American and International Law, is a membership organization that aims to provide educational and professional opportunities for lawyers and other professionals in the energy industry through educational courses, conferences, scholarly publications and membership activities.
