Norton Rose Fulbright advises Accolade on two new significant transactions following successful cooperation in recent years

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised ACCOLADE Group on its land acquisition and development of:

• a 30,000 square-metre new multi-tenant logistics park in Zielona Góra, Poland; and
• a 50,000 square-metre new multi-tenant logistics park in Piła, Poland.

Both facilities will have a BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) rating of “Excellent”.

Work on the transactions was led by senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk from Warsaw’s real estate and construction team and supervised by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz.

Since acquisition of the first development in Lublin in August 2015, we are proud to support Accolade in their growth on the Polish market, having assisted them in almost 40 acquisitions and developments of warehouse-logistic facilities, totalling in over 1,300,000 square metres of A+ warehouse-logistic space.
