Gina Shishima selected as 2024 Lawdragon Legend

US Chief Strategy and Operations Partner Gina Shishima has been named a “Lawdragon Legend”.
The 2024 Lawdragon Legends Guide, honoring 33 US lawyers, recognizes those who have been repeatedly named to Lawdragon lists.
Shishima, an accomplished IP lawyer with a PhD in molecular biology, was the first woman partner in the firm’s intellectual property group, the first woman of color on the management committee and the first (and only) woman practice group leader.
In her current role as US Chief Strategy and Operations Partner, Shishima leads key operations and strategic matters for the firm and is a member of the US Management and the Global Executive Committees.
Lauded by Lawdragon in the past as a “Leading Lawyer in America” and a “Leading Litigator in America,” Shishima has been recognized nine times by the publication. Shishima joins Shauna Clark (Houston) and Linda Addison (Houston and New York), who received the distinction in 2021 and 2018, respectively, as the only three lawyers at the firm to receive this honor.
