Norton Rose Fulbright welcomes Counsel Louis Fridman to Paris Corporate M&A team

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed M&A lawyer Louis Fridman as a Counsel in its Corporate M&A team in Paris.
With over 10 years of M&A experience, Louis focuses mainly on M&A, public M&A (takeovers and public exchange offers), capital markets (IPOs, capital increases) and corporate governance matters. His expertise will greatly consolidate the current team's range of skills in numerous sectors, including industry, financial services (banks, funds) and technology.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Louis worked at leading French and international law firms. He began his career in 2014 in the Paris office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, before joining BDGS Associés in 2019 and Ayache in January 2023. He holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Management and a Master 2 in Banking and Finance Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Louis was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014.

Louis Fridman's arrival further demonstrates the growth of the Corporate department in the firm’s Paris office in recent years. The department's M&A and capital markets teams now consist of five partners and three counsels, assisted by a dozen associates.
