Michael Godden appointed head of dispute resolution and litigation, Europe, Middle East and Asia

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced today the appointment of Michael Godden as head of dispute resolution and litigation for Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA), effective April 1, 2020.
Michael succeeds Peter Scott, who moves into the role of Managing Partner for Europe, Middle East and Asia from today.
Michael Godden, a London-based banking and finance disputes partner, commented:

Peter Scott, who led the EMEA dispute resolution and litigation team since 2016, said:

Michael joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2007 and became a partner in 2009. His practice includes all aspects of banking and finance disputes as well as complex and high-value cross-border civil fraud, asset tracing and enforcement cases.
