Norton Rose Fulbright enhances global cybersecurity and privacy group

Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that cybersecurity lawyer Jim Arnold and privacy lawyer Phil Hodgkins have joined its global cybersecurity and privacy group as senior counsel in St. Louis and New York, respectively.
For 18 years at KPMG, Jim guided corporate, private equity and not-for-profit entities through complex risks and with resilient legal and cyber strategies. His experience includes advising Fortune 500 clients on proactive cybersecurity program development and through high-stakes cyber incidents and active attacks, leading comprehensive investigations, remediations and recovery efforts.
Joining from Kroll, Phil helps clients to navigate complex privacy and data challenges, including privacy program development, regulatory compliance, investigations and litigation. He advises on data collection, use and storage, cross-border data transfers, multi-jurisdiction regulatory requests, C-suite investigations, data privacy regulation readiness analysis and blockchain transaction tracing.

Jim is licensed in Missouri and Illinois. He received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, his master of business administration from Saint Louis University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
Licensed in New York, Phil earned his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College.
