Top Canadian firm in LSEG Shareholder Activism Full Year 2023 league tables

Our Norton Rose Fulbright Canadian Special Situations team is honoured to be the only Canadian firm listed in the LSEG (formerly Refinitiv) Full Year 2023 Shareholder Activism league tables. 

Out of 10 firms globally, we were ranked 9th and are the top Canadian firm to be listed.  

Additionally, we have the 5th highest count for activist-side campaigns and the 7th highest count for company-side campaigns. In total, our campaign count increased by 50% from 2022.

This, among other similar league table recognitions, continues to demonstrate the national strength of our team. It is a testament to the role we play as the nation’s number one special situations advisor of choice and as the leading business law firm in Canada and a leading business law firm globally.
