German team advises Salesfive on acquisition of fluent:cx

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Salesfive Holding GmbH, one of the leading digital transformation and Salesforce consultancies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, on the acquisition of we speak fluent cx GmbH (fluent:cx). The team was led by Munich partner Bernd Dreier and counsel Malte Ingwersen. In April 2021, the team had already advised the Munich-based investment holding Armira on its investment in Salesfive.

fluent:cx is a Salesforce boutique partner with many years of experience in the implementation of digitalisation projects in the areas of marketing, sales and customer service. The company specialises in the implementation of multi-cloud projects with Salesforce.

With the acquisition, Salesfive is continuing to invest in its strategic growth and is expanding its offering in the support of digital transformation projects. At the beginning of last year, Norton Rose Fulbright already advised Salesfive on the acquisition of Integration Matters GmbH, an IT company specialising in digital business processes.

As in previous transactions, Salesfive was advised by a Norton Rose Fulbright team led by Munich partner Bernd Dreier and counsel Malte Ingwersen.
