Dallas Lawyers recognized in D Magazine's 2022 "Best Lawyers Under 40" list

Norton Rose Fulbright Dallas lawyers Nathan Baum and Philip A. Tarpley have been recognized in D Magazine's 2022 list of "Best Lawyers Under 40."
Lawyers on the list were nominated by their peers and confirmed by a panel of top local attorneys.
Baum has worked at Norton Rose Fulbright for his entire career, and his practice centers on all aspects of complex business litigation. Baum has represented large national companies in significant litigation victories centering on trade secret misappropriation, antitrust, employment and oil and gas litigation.
Tarpley, also a senior associate, joined the firm in 2015 and has since made a name for himself as a member of the commercial litigation, antitrust and competition group. He focuses on the trial and litigation process, representing clients in class-action cases, RICO cases, adversary proceedings in federal bankruptcy court, state and federal trade secret misappropriation claims, breach of non-competition agreement disputes, copyright infringement cases and FINRA arbitrations. He also has developed a focus on the aviation industry.
The D Magazine list is compiled through ballots submitted by thousands of area lawyers, and the final list is narrowed down by an independent panel of lawyers working in conjunction with the magazine's editors.
