Norton Rose Fulbright advises Warburg-HIH Invest on purchase of logistics property from Aurelis

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate (Warburg-HIH Invest) on the purchase of a logistics property in Dresden from Aurelis Real Estate.
The property, built in 2019, was acquired for its open-ended special AIF "Warburg HIH Logistik Deutschland Invest". The acquired property has 15,240 sqm of lettable space and 189 car parking spaces, of which 11,748 sqm is warehouse and logistics lettable space, 1,915 sqm office space and around 1,570 sqm is additional workshop and storage space.
