Norton Rose Fulbright advises Four Seasons in connection with acquisition of Palazzo Marini in Rome

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts (Four Seasons) in connection with the €165 million (US$ 165.5 million) acquisition of Palazzo Marini, a historic property located in downtown Rome’s Piazza San Silvestro.
The main investor, Fort Partners, a privately held real estate and hospitality development firm led by entrepreneur Nadim Ashi, will develop the property into a luxury hotel that will be managed by Four Seasons.
This is one of the highest value real estate transactions in Rome in recent years.
Norton Rose Fulbright’s Milan-based team advising on this complex transaction was led by corporate and M&A partner Tiziana Del Prete and counsel Massimo Agostini (on tax aspects) with additional assistance from associate Giuseppe Pastore.
