Milan advises PIB on entry into Italian market through acquisition of Area Brokers Industria

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised PIB Group Ltd (PIB) on its entry into the Italian insurance brokerage market through the acquisition of Area Brokers Industria S.p.A. (ABI) from Genesi Holding S.r.l.

PIB is a dynamic and diversified independent specialist insurance intermediary backed by private equity firms Apax Funds and The Carlyle Group. It has grown rapidly since its inception in 2015.

ABI is one of the top 20 brokerages in Italy, offering consulting services and a comprehensive range of insurance products to commercial and retail clients.
