Norton Rose Fulbright Milan advises on the international transfer of football player Radu Matei Dragusin

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised football player Radu Matei Dragusin and his agents (Florin Manea as well as Valerio and Gabriele Giuffrida from GG11), in relation to the international transfer of the defender from Genoa Cricket and Football Club of Italy’s Serie A to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club of the English Premier League.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team advised on all aspects related to the drafting and negotiation of both the football player’s sports employment contract and the sports mandate contract of his agents.
