Norton Rose Fulbright advises Consorzio Stabile SIS on asset-backed financing of O&M receivables

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Consorzio Stabile SIS (SIS), a joint venture between Fininc Group and Sacyr Group, in relation to an asset-backed financing of a €50 million portfolio of receivables originated by SIS.
The receivables arise from fees owed to SIS for managing and maintaining a motorway under an O&M contract. The transaction has been carried out through a securitisation vehicle incorporated pursuant to Law 130/99. Banca Finint acted as Master Servicer.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by Milan-based banking partner Nunzio Bicchieri, who was supported by partner Arturo Sferruzza, senior associate Stefania Casini, associates Giulio Mariano and Alessia Fatuzzo for Italian law aspects, and by Counsel Andrea Salsi who also advised on English law aspects.
