Norton Rose Fulbright advises Covéa on sale of an 81% stake in Bipiemme Vita to Banco BPM

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the Covéa Group (Covéa) on the sale of an 81% stake in Bipiemme Vita to Banco BPM for €309.4 million (USD316.6 million). 

Following the completion of this transaction, Banco BPM will become the sole shareholder of Bipiemme Vita, an insurance company operating in the life insurance sector. Bipiemme Vita holds 100% of the share capital of Bipiemme Assicurazioni, which operates in the non-life insurance sector.
